📦 Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Holidays & Weekends: Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays or Sundays.
💰 Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping: ₹49–₹99 depending on location.
Express Shipping: ₹149 flat rate.
🌍 Serviceable Locations
Currently, we ship across India. For delivery outside India, please contact us at before placing your order.
🐾 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s tracking page.
🛑 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame:
Check your tracking status.
Contact our support team if the status hasn’t updated in 3 business days.
